Here are the basic terms of service in easy-to-read English (we hate when terms of service are really complex).
Whenever you purchase something from Ernie Potts Fitness or signup to the email list, all of the information you provide us (such as name, email address) are secured, encrypted, and never shared. You may occasionally receive emails from us, but nothing along the lines of spam.
In fact my emails have a one-click-unsubscribe. You simply click “unsubscribe” which is at the bottom of EVERY commercial email I send, and you’re immediately taken off the list.
